Recently, I posted this article that asks people to think a tad more about some of the day-to-day items they purchase. I mentioned that what we eat has an impact on the environment. I learned a few things from this article, in the Los Angeles Times, but mostly learned that eating healthy can be beneficial for you and for your environment.
